Collectanea Franciscana è una rivista internazionale fondata dall'Istituto Storico dei Cappuccini nel 1931 quale strumento di indagine della storia, teologia, filosofia, spiritualità e arte del francescanesimo nelle sue diverse manifestazioni lungo i suoi otto secoli di storia. Fondata come trimestrale, attualmente esce due volte all'anno, con fascicoli abbinati (1-2: gennaio-giugno e 3-4: luglio-dicembre). È costituita dai seguenti blocchi: articoli; note bibliografiche; recensioni; cronaca (una volta all'anno). La rivista è riconosciuta dall'ANVUR (nell'ottobre 2015) come rivista scientifica nelle Aree 10 e 11 e, dal 2008, inserita nell'elenco "ERIH Plus". I contributi proposti per la pubblicazione vengono valutati da censori esterni, in maniera reciprocamente anonima, secondo i criteri di ERIH Plus. L'elenco dei censori che stabilmente collaborano con Collectanea Franciscana viene pubblicato sia sul sito web, sia nella rivista stessa.

Collectanea Franciscana was established in 1931 as an instrument for researching into the history, theology, philosophy, spirituality and art of Franciscanism in its various manifestations throughout its eight centuries of history. Begun as a quarterly, it is currently published twice a year, with the semestral issues (1-2: January-June and 3-4: July-December). It consists of the following sections: articles; bibliographic notes; reviews; chronicle (yearly). The journal is recognized by "ANVUR" (in October 2015) as a scientific journal in Areas 10 and 11, and since 2008 it has been included in the "ERIH Plus" list. The studies proposed for publication are evaluated by external censors in a mutually anonymous manner, according to the criteria of the ERIH Plus. The list of censors who permanently collaborate with the Collectanea Franciscana is published both on the website and in the journal itself. The magazine can be purchased by subscription.
